Club terms

This is the agreement between a golf club and Pay Green Fees covering how green fee payments are collected, commission, payouts, refunds and disputes, and each party’s responsibilities.

The full terms are being finalised alongside our Payment Services Regulations position and are not yet published here. A club reviews and accepts a version of these terms as part of signing up (step 5 of the application).
