Privacy notice

Pay Green Fees holds visitor names and email addresses to issue receipts and to show a club who played and what they paid. Club staff accounts hold a name, email and (for bank payouts) encrypted account details.

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t store card numbers — payment is handled entirely by our payment provider.
